An incredible life milestone that deserves to be celebrated and documented. One that flashes before your eyes and taking the time to capture it is something that my clients never regret.  


The majority of my newborn photoshoots take place in the comfort of your home. I would suggest using your due date plus 2 to 3 weeks as a guideline of when you should schedule your appointment. I am always happy to move newborn sessions as I understand that babies sometimes come sooner or later than planned.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. WHEN IS BEST TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT?

It all depends on how newborn you would like your baby to look in the photos. I usually suggest 2-3 weeks after birth, but I have photographed babies unto 3 months as a newborn shoot. I would suggest to get in contact as soon as possible.

2. are the appointments baby led?

Always. If your baby needs to feed or changed this is no problem at all. I am calm and patient. Some appointments last 60 minutes, some 90 minutes, it all depends on how things go. I will not leave until I think that you have a lovely gallery.

3. What is your rescheduling policy?

For newborn shoots I am always happy to reschedule. I appreciate as much communication as possible and I understand with newborns that this is likely to happen.

4. what should i expect in my gallery?

You will have full access to your gallery to download all hand edited digital files. I deliver a minimum of 100 images and these are a mixture of close up detailed shots and family compositions. The images are delivered in colour and black & white.

5. When is the best time for a newborn photoshoot appointment?

Usually I would suggest morning appointments and I am always happy to adjust the appointment slightly on the day if nap times or feed times are running late. I also do not mind pausing while you feed or tend to your baby.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely, I love to hear what you like and if you have any inspiration newborn photos, please let me know and I will do my best to recreate.

7. CAN I SEE MORE NEWBORN GALLERY EXAMPLES?

You can take a look on my instagram which showcases my latest shoots. Alternatively, feel free to contact me and I can send over a previous gallery (which has been approved by the clients).

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

It depends which month your photoshoot takes place, I hope to get the images back within 2 weeks however during Wedding Season my edit queue takes a little longer to get through.
